Associate Professor of Educational Studies Anita Chikkatur organized a two-day workshop around the Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology, which seeks to disrupt colonizing research frameworks, in part by building community across social differences. Carleton faculty and staff participated in the Workshop alongside community members from Northfield and Faribault.
