Over winter break, Maddy LoRusso ’23 was given the opportunity to present research from the Neiworth Primate Cognition Lab at the Association for the Study of Animal Behavior’s winter conference in Edinburgh, Scotland. The research, which was recently published in Scientific Reports, focuses on the development of a recognition test to differentiate between recollection and familiarity memory in animal subjects, such as the Neiworth lab’s cotton top tamarins!
