Comps Deadlines
Junior Year: Spring Term
- Week 2: If interested, submit exemption petition (optional)
- Week 4: Informational meeting for Comps.
- Week 5: Fill out online survey indicating seminar preference
- Week 8: Enroll in assigned PSYC 399 seminar for Fall term
Senior Year: Fall Term
- Attend PSYC399 class & meet with comps advisor concurrently
- Week 8: Register for PSYC400 (3 credits)
Senior Year: Winter Term
- Work on revising and adding to fall term comps paper draft, based on feedback from your seminar advisor. Final comps papers are due Friday of 5th week at 5:00pm.
Senior Year: Spring Term
- Oral or poster presentation at the Minnesota Undergraduate Psychology Conference (MUPC 2024) on Saturday, April 27, 2024. Carleton College’s Psychology Department will host MUPC this year.
- Pass, No Pass, or Pass With Distinction is determined. Students will receive an official letter from the department
- Once paper passes, submit digital copy to the Carleton Digital Commons for binding.
