Ken Abrams, professor of psychology, gave an invited talk at St. Olaf titled, “The Prevention of PTSD Among Those Exposed to Traumatic Events.” Within the talk, he discussed his current research that employs virtual reality and theories from cognitive science toward the development of prevention protocols for post-traumatic stress disorder.
