Many of you are likely aware of a list of demands that a group of Carleton students distributed in Winter 2018. The group refers to itself as Carls Talk Back (CTB).
To better understand the concerns of these students, we invited a dialogue to hear from them directly. Student leaders of this group have met with senior college leadership Community, Equity, and Diversity Initiative (CEDI) leadership, and the Carleton Student Association (CSA).
Carleton is a community that honors thoughtful conversations about important issues. Expressing concerns is critical to creating and maintaining a healthy community, and there are important opportunities that can be created through dialogue to improve our College.
