Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine is looking for (Monday-Friday) research study coordinators. Research experience is not required. The position could be full time (40 hours per week) for candidates graduating in December. We are also interested in interviewing candidates who may be available part time prior to June graduation (who could then transition to full-time work). The position involves completing a variety of clinical research tasks including data collection, data entry, and study recruitment. Research coordinators will work at Northwestern Memorial Hospital with study participants. Coordinators will gain valuable research experience, including taking blood pressures in the arms and legs and drawing blood (if interested in learning – blood draws are not required). We are looking for dedicated, hard-working, conscientious individuals who work well in a team and can work comfortably with older men and women who have ongoing medical problems. The Program Fellow will have a unique role, gaining hands-on experience across IBBG’s strategic portfolios of work. This position is designed for an individual passionate about reproductive justice who is eager to explore diverse projects and develop their professional skills in a dynamic, start-up-like environment. The Fellow will be supported in exploring their own interests and contributing to new and ongoing projects. They will also attend workshops, training, and conferences, gaining tools and insights to strengthen our work. This is a temporary, full-time, non-exempt position. The salary for this position is $44,000.

This is a full-time, one-year gap-year position prior to medical school, designed for a pre-medical student interested in orthopaedic sports-medicine research. Brian J. Cole, Acting Chair and Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at Rush University Medical Center and Section Head of the Cartilage Restoration Center, invites motivated pre-medical students to apply for a clinical research assistantship at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush. This position provides immersive exposure to high-volume clinical research in orthopaedic sports medicine, with particular emphasis on cartilage restoration, orthobiologics, knee and shoulder pathology, and outcomes-based research. The fellow will work within Dr. Cole’s established research infrastructure alongside medical students, residents, fellows, and research staff.
