The fellow would work in HealthFinders’ primary medical and dental clinics to support direct patient care. Over the course of the summer the fellow would have the opportunity to identify a process improvement project, research and implement changes, and study if the changes made an impact on the proposed problem. The work itself would often be self-directed, but also immensely supported by front-line health workers, clinic support staff, and clinic leadership, with opportunities to attend meetings, conferences and/or trainings.
Application due March 4th. Apply via the Tunnel.
