Rush Medical College Virtual Application Prep Workshop
10 January 2025This virtual workshop will provide an in-depth review of the AAMC competencies, personal statements, and secondary applications. Participants will also partake in a mock interview. The Application Prep Workshop is designed to support students who have experienced social, economic, and/or educational disadvantages in their journey to medical education, come from disadvantaged backgrounds, and/or who represent groups that are known to be underrepresented in health-related sciences and medicine. Applicants must anticipate submitting an AMCAS application for the 2026 or 2027 entering class. Applicants must also be either a US citizen, permanent resident, or asylee/refugee. Apply here.

University of Miami EXCITE Seminar for Black Pre-Health Students
15 January 2021The University of Miami is now accepting applications for their virtual EXCITE seminar, which is focused on generating interest in medical careers among Black undergraduate students. The workshop will be held on February 6th, and the deadline to apply is January 23rd.
