October 20-21, 2017

Thanks to all who were able to celebrate 15 years of Posse at Carleton’s first Posse gathering!

On October 20-21, 2017, Carleton celebrated the Posse Foundation’s partnership with campus by inviting more that 130 Scholars to return to Northfield, reconnect with classmates, and build new connections among the Posse community. Over the past few years, we have reached several milestone moments at Carleton. The Posse Program recently celebrated its 15th year (2016) at Carleton, the last graduating Posse Chicago class commences this year (2017), and the Posse Program’s transition to Houston (2013).

Weekend activities included Convocation with Posse Founder Deborah Bial, a reception and dinner for all current and past Posse Scholars and friends at Nutting House and The Grand event center, an oral history project, and time to share in conversation between Posse Scholars of all cohorts.   We remain grateful each year of the strong connections with the Posse Program, the wonderful faculty mentors that support our Posse Scholars, and the many staff that continue to make a difference in the everyday lives of our scholars.

Sincerely,

The Posse Reunion Planning Committee
