Constituent Service Representative
A Constituent Service Representative acts as a liaison to federal agencies on behalf of the Senator and her constituents. This position will handle immigration casework correspondence and verbal communications with constituents and respective agencies in their assigned issue areas. They will work closely with outreach and legislative staff to raise trends observed in their casework and constituent stories that may be useful for events, floor speeches, or communications. The Constituent Service Representative reports directly to the Deputy State Director/Constituent Services Director.
