The office of U.S. Senator Tina Smith seeks a highly-motivated Staff Assistant/Deputy State Scheduler who will be responsible for covering front desk duties, occasionally driving the Senator, and assisting the Minnesota leadership team, especially the State Scheduler. Qualified candidates will have a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with overlapping short-term and long-term deadlines; superior attention to detail; exceptional writing and analytic skills; the ability to keep confidences and strong inter-personal and organizational skills.
