David Schraub ’08 article in Dartmouth Law Journal

David Schraub‘s article, “When Separation Doesn’t Work: The Religion Clause as an Anti-Subordination Principle”, was published in the Dartmouth Law Journal (Vol. 5, No. 2, pp. 48-71 [Spring 2007]).

“The article grew out of my seminar paper for Topics in Constitutional Law,” he said, “and the people who were in that class should be sure to check out the introductory footnote; I couldn’t have done it without you.” David Schraub is a Political Science major, class of 2008.
