Calling ALL Physicists! During the first three weeks of winter term, we’ll have candidates for the tenure-track position (Bill’s replacement) on campus for their interviews. They will each be giving a teaching talk and a research talk.
Week 2, we’re welcoming Dr. Aurelia Ball and Dr. Brian Shuve.
On Monday, Jan 11 at 3:10 (6a) Dr. Ball will give her teaching talk.
On Tuesday, Jan 12th at noon she will give her research talk. Her talk is titled: Disordered Proteins & Disease:Using Physics to Reveal Hidden Biological Structure. Lunch will be served!

On Wednesday, January 13 at 3:10, Dr. Shuve will give his teaching talk.
On Thursday, Jan 14th at noon, he will give his research talk, titled: Illuminating the Dark Universe with Particle Colliders. Lunch will be served for this talk as well.
