We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the AI and Fusion Energy Summer School, taking place from June 2 to June 13, 2025, at William & Mary.
This intensive two-week program is designed for undergraduate students with backgrounds in either physics, engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, and data science.
Program Highlights:
- Equal balance of instruction and hands-on projects:
- Daily 80-minute morning classes focusing on:
- Computing, applied mathematics, machine learning, and deep learning
- Bayesian reasoning in data science
- Fusion energy fundamentals for practical applications.
- Afternoon sessions will engage students in active projects and experiential learning.
- Collaborative environment: Students will work on cutting-edge applications of AI in fusion energy, gaining valuable skills for future research and careers.
