Applications for the 2025 SPS Summer Internship have been extended! This internship runs from late May to early August, where interns will be paired with a variety of organizations to work on a summer-long project. Possible organizations include the American Astronomical Society, AIP Center for History of Physics and Niels Bohr Library & Archives, Space Telescope Science Institute, Physics Today, the American Physical Society, the SPS Science Outreach Catalyst Kit (SOCK) program, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and more! The wide array of possible placements allows for applications related to multiple features of physics, from research to public policy.
Applications, including advisor signoffs and recommendation letters, are due Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
