Black Holes

Their Theory and Modern Implications

This talk examines the physics of black holes, from their earliest theorizations, to their current implications. The talk will lightly cover the background physics required to understand them. It will discuss the four types of black holes, while putting emphasis on Kerr black holes. The mechanics and thermodynamics of black holes will also show off some of the interesting properties of black holes. I will discuss the physics and theory of these intriguing objects.
