Professor Arjendu Pattanayak presented two posters at the Frontiers of Quantum and Mesoscopic Thermodynamics conference during July 2015 in Prague. The first was on “Nonlinear Entanglement Dynamics for Coupled Spin Qubits” with co-authors Jie Lin ’14 and Joshua Ruebeck ’17. The second was on “Non-Classicality in the Decohering Harmonic Oscillator” with Peter Rose ’11, Andrew McClung ’10, Tyler Keating ’09, Adam Steege ’08, and Professor Eric Egge from the Mathematics and Statistics Department. Dr. Pattanayak also gave an invited talk at the University of Hyderabad on “Quantum Entanglement, Decoherence, and Classicality” in August.
