In light of funding cuts and uncertainty in US graduate programs (including in some cases rescinded offers), the University of British Columbia has reopened their graduate application portal to US citizens for this week only (April 14-18), for a select set of programs. If you haven’t figured out next year’s plans yet, check this option out ASAP.
