We are writing to let you know that we have extended the deadline for applications to our graduate program to February 15. We would like to encourage students in your department to consider the PhD program in physics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. We are also able to offer application-fee waivers to well-qualified candidates. To inquire about a fee waiver, interested students should send an email to PAGrad@unl.edu and include their CV. We would appreciate you bringing this to the attention of students who are applying to graduate school this year and to their faculty advisers.
Our department offers research opportunities for graduate students in condensed matter and materials physics, atomic, molecular, optical, and plasma physics, and high-energy physics – all of these in both experiment and theory. All graduate students in our graduate program are currently supported by full teaching or research assistantships.
If you have any questions or would like to get in touch with some of our professors, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Kirill and Brad
