Paul McEuen of Cornell University is visiting Carleton to give the Verbrugge lecture. In addition to being an outstanding experimental nanoscientist, he has served as the graduate advisor for several Carls working on their PhDs at Cornell, and he has even written a science fiction novel. Instead of the usual physics table, there will be lunch and informal conversation with Paul in Olin 04.
