Problem Solver / Technical Services
Interested in getting into the IT industry? Epic’s Technical Services position offers the perfect blend of problem-solving, customer interaction, and programming. Combine your natural skills with our comprehensive training to help support our nation-wide clients.
You’ll become a technical expert in our applications, work closely with knowledgeable users at our customer sites, and have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the software field including analysis, customization, training, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and installation.
To qualify, you must have a bachelor’s degree, a track record of academic excellence, and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Relocation to Madison, Wisconsin is required.
