Columbia Engineering has launched a new Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence (MSAI), with applications now open for the inaugural cohort. The program combines a rigorous foundation in AI with specialized, cross-disciplinary concentrations offered in partnership with schools across Columbia University. Students may pursue the degree in a fully on-campus format or through a high-touch, cohort-based online option; both share the same academic standards and curriculum.
The MSAI is designed for students who seek strong technical preparation in artificial intelligence and the ability to apply these tools across domains such as health, finance, public policy, robotics, infrastructure, and the arts.
