All students who have done research at Carleton or elsewhere are invited to present a poster. If you decide to present, please read the following details carefully:
- You MUST register online by Oct. 5 (http://serc.carleton.edu/cismi/register07.html).
- We offer to pay for large format printing of electronic posters, if your department does not do this for you. In order to avoid printing delays, you MUST upload your poster at the link below by Friday Oct. 12 – or run the risk of it not being ready by Oct. 19.

For budget number, write in “CISMI”. The large format printer has 42″ wide paper and nothing longer than 60″ is recommended so 42″x60″ is the maximum size poster we will accept. Smaller posters are perfectly acceptable (e.g. 24″x36″, 36″x48″) You will need to upload a pdf file of less than 50Mb in size. - You are invited to upload your poster (http://serc.carleton.edu/cismi/2007_poster_upload.html) for our archives, data requests from funding agencies for summer research, and various levels of public consumption, with faculty PI permission where proprietary concerns arise. Please check with your faculty advisor on how comfortable they are with the various venues noted on the upload page. We will remind you again in late October to upload your poster.
