The Quanta NSERC CREATE program is seeking enthusiastic graduate students to join our research in the next generation of quantum technologies, with advanced training in professional development targeted towards innovation and entrepreneurship. This program, based out of the Universities of Alberta and Calgary, involves exciting new classes in areas such as Physics Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Quantum Atom Optics, and Quantum Networking, as well as research with state-of-the-art infrastructure, such as dry dilution refrigerators, ultra-cold atom machines, Canada’s best nanofabrication facilities, and a metropolitan fiber optic network. We are working hard to train the next generation of quantum scientists and engineers to excel in industry, or create new quantum industries!
