Consider taking ASTRO 233 in the Spring. Note that you do not have to have taken ASTRO I. The only prerequisites are Physics 228 and 229/230 or permission of the instructor.

As you register for classes in the Spring, consider taking PHYS 123: What Physicists Do. A program of five lectures by invited speakers that is intended to give students some perspective on the kinds of work done by people with a physics background. Visitors from industry, government, business, and research and educational institutions will discuss their work and work-related experiences. We have a stellar lineup this year. Don’t miss it!
