• Hertz Foundation Graduate Fellowships

    The Hertz Foundation is offering graduate fellowships for innovators in the applied physical, biological and engineering sciences. They are looking for applicants with exceptional creativity, a broad understanding of physical principles, and outstanding potential for innovative research. Preference is given to seniors and first year graduate students. The application deadline is November 2, 2007. Note that only general GRE scores are needed at this time.     You are invited to attend and/or present a poster for the annual celebration of student scholarship in science and math.

    We welcome all students who have done research, at Carleton or elsewhere, to present. We’ll be spread over 2 floors of the Hulings Atrium, and yummy food will be found upstairs. Invite your friends outside of the sciences too.
