Girl Scout Math and Science Day
Carleton’s Women in Math and Science group is looking for volunteers to work at their annual Girl Scout Math and Science Day. It is on May 5 from 9:30ish until a little after 1 and you get to help lead an activity with some awesome brownie and junior level girl scouts. They are having activities in math, biology, chemistry, physics, and geology and would love to have anyone (guys included, although since this is about empowering the girls, women are especially encouraged to help out) who is willing to help. Email kannerla or pangs with questions or to sign up to volunteer.
