Stanford University Professor and Director of the Stanford Arts Institute, Dr. Hideo Mabuchi will be on campus October 23rd to visit with students, faculty, and staff, and to give two talks. This version of his talk is aimed at students, and will be presented over lunch. Although he's a physicist who does research on quantum optics and the physics of computation, he's also a ceramicist and he teaches all sorts of unique courses that bridge the sciences and the arts.
