Phil 243 students to give class at Just Food Co-op

The primary goal of The Real Food Challenge is to shift (by 2020) $1 billion of university food budgets away from factory farms and junk foods and toward “Real Food” – i.e., “local/community-based, fair, ecologically sound and humane food sources.”  You can learn more about the Real Food Challenge  at realfoodchallenge.org.
