The student body elects Class Representatives during Winter Term to serve as Senators from Spring Term to the next Winter Term. The student body elects Office and Committee Liaisons during Spring Term to serve as Senators for the Fall Term to the next Spring Term. Senate appoints Budget Committee, Student Projects Committee, and Governance Committee at-large students throughout the year to serve until they leave campus (e.g., go abroad, graduate, take leave of absence).
The CSA Senate meets every Monday of the term at 7:00 PM (CST) in Weitz 235. Contact CSA President Vivian Agugo by 5:00 p.m. (CST) Sunday if you would like to add an item/topic to the agenda for the next Senate meeting.
Budget Committee meets every Wednesday of the term at 7:00 p.m. (CST) in Sayles 251. Fill out a funding request form if you would like to be added to the agenda for Budget Committee.
