Physical Security Request Forms are for departments interested in the installation of localized security for certain departmental spaces. All funding must be covered by the department to cover all associated costs. Requests should also either indicate which specific devices (cameras, card access, and/or alarms) are wanted, or indicate “Unsure” if you wish to explore all options first, as well as an explanation for this choice.
Your request will then be reviewed by an appropriate review team and someone from OneCard Office will later contact you regarding the conclusion of this reviewing process. Please note that if the request is of the “Install Request” type, then after approval, the installation would occur either in Summer, Fall, or Spring.
