OIL provides funding for cultural houses and cultural orgs to deliver programming that meet’s OIL’s goals. Cultural House or Cultural Org representatives may use this form to make a request for the purchase — or reimbursement for the cost — of supplies for approved programming and events. Purchase & Reimbursement Requests must be submitted 1 week before the event to allow for proper planning and obtaining of materials.
