  • Swine Flu

    1 May 2009

With swine flu dominating the headlines, we want you to be aware of the steps we are taking to monitor world events. Like most institutions and study abroad providers, we are regularly checking the websites of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) for the latest information on where outbreaks are occurring and for advice on how to prevent contracting and spreading the illness. The URLs for those sites are: http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu
    http://www.who.int/csr/disease/swineflu/en/index.html
For Carleton updates, please check http://apps.carleton.edu/campus/flu/

We are also reviewing the daily statements coming out of the U.S. State Department, SOS International, and the European Union Health Ministry.
