Successful Research Symposium

On February 4th, Carleton Off-Campus Studies hosted its annual Research Symposium. Speakers: Anna Schumacher ’21, Gabrielle Tietyen-Mlengana ’20, Jessalyn Ayars ’21, Rose Newell ’21, and Klara Heuchert ’22 presented on a wide array of research topics ranging from biodiversity in Patagonia to concentration camps in France. Research is an aspect of Off-Campus Studies that many students find to be rewarding and can help students better understand a community.
