Peace Corps on-campus internship for the 2016-17 academic year

It’s unpaid, but quite flexible and a great opportunity for students who are enthusiastic about the mission of Peace Corps or interested in gaining marketing/communications/public relationship experience. If selected, you will be working closely with the Peace Corps regional recruiter. See the below message from the regional recruiter to learn more:

The purpose of the internship is to raise awareness about Peace Corps on campus. It’s a relatively new program, but the students I’ve worked with this year have done amazing things such as presenting to 80+ peers, planning campus-wide film screenings, and facilitating panel discussion of Returned Peace Corps Volunteers. I’m excited to see the program grow and develop next year based on participants’ interests and skillsets.

We’re especially seeking current freshmen and sophomores who plan to be on campus for the 2016-17 academic year. There is no arbitrary limit to the number of interns from any given campus, and I look forward to working with teams wherever possible.
