Video Feature: GOP Beard Auction
In what has become a Carleton tradition, the Gods of Plastic (GOP) Ultimate frisbee club team raffles off the chance to shave and cut the hair of team members. Selected team members don’t shave in November and December, growing out their hair and facial hair for the two months before returning to campus. The fund-raising effort helps the club pay for their travels throughout the spring term. Satchel Kaplan-Allen ’13 has the video feature on this unique and zany event held by the 2010 Division 3 Ultimate champions.
