Tun Myint publishes article in Journal of Social Issues in Southeast Asia
Myint is professor of political science at Carleton.
Tun Myint, professor of political science, published an article in the Journal of Social Issues in Southeast Asia (SOJOURN) in tribute to the late Yale Professor James C. Scott, whose lifetime of scholarly works was inspired by social ecological issues in Southeast Asia. The piece, “On In Praise of Floods: The Untamed River and the Life It Brings by James C. Scott,” was written with Ian G. Baird of the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Eric Tagliacozzo of Cornell University as part of a review symposium in honor of Professor Scott.
