Steven Schier quoted in Saint Paul Pioneer Press.

Congdon Professor of Political Science, was quoted in a September 3 Saint Paul Pioneer Press article titled “Wasiluk challenged from within,” regarding the opposition to DFL state representative Scott Wasiluk who was caught drinking during a legislative session. “It’s hard to unseat an incumbent – it usually requires significant personal transgression by that person.
