Congdon Professor of Political Science, was quoted in an Oct. 15 Star Tribune article titled “Kucinich brings his presidential message to Minneapolis.” Schier commented that Kucinich has virtually no chance of winning the Democratic presidential nomination, but that his presence in the race has already shaped the campaign.
