Kristin O’Connell ’04, senior evaluation and education specialist, and Ellen Iverson, director of the Science Education Resource Center (SERC), have co-authored an article with Pamela Eddy and Heather Macdonald ’76 in Change: The Magazine of Higher Learning.

Entitled “Faculty Change Agent Model: Cultivating Faculty to Catalyze Change,” the model is rooted in research and evaluation findings from the SAGE 2YC project. The article highlights how professional development can increase inclusive teaching practices and student success, while supporting faculty to become agents of change with their peers, departments, institutions and regions.
