Sara Patton Zarrelli ’10 published a book with co-author Guy Hermann titled, Museum Master Planning: Basic Principles and Best Practices. The book is a practical guide for directors of museums and similar cultural organizations considering changes to their operating model or facilities. Zarrelli and Hermann believe that the model they propose for three types of museums is “a really powerful way to understand museums during the planning process and beyond.”
