Roy Grow, the Frank B. Kellogg Professor of International Relations was interviewed for a July 26 Minneapolis Star Tribune article titled “Korean War: 50 years of unresolved conflict.” Grow noted that the Korean conflict created assumptions that led to disastrous U.S. policy decisions later in Vietnam.
