Piper Welch ’22, current Ph.D. student at the University of Vermont (UVM) College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences, was featured in a story from UVM’s Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR) titled “Redesigning Evolution, One Robot at a Time.” Welch works with a team of computer scientists who are designing and building “Xenobots,” the world’s first self-replication living robots.
