Julia Strand, associate professor and chair of psychology, published a paper in the journal Psychological Methods. The paper, “Error Tight: Exercises for Lab Groups to Prevent Research Mistakes,” uses principles of human factors research to make recommendations for ways that research teams in the sciences and beyond can prevent and catch mistakes in their workflows.
