Operating within the lively New York pizza parlor Night School, Deep Fried Beers is specifically dedicated to crafting ultra-hoppy DIPAs and mouth-puckering sours. The Macrowave TIPA is a particularly boozy concoction that clocks in at 11.1% ABV, while red fruit aficionados can spring for the Sour Patchwork 2, an Imperial Sour that’s brimming with notes of raspberry.
