Jennifer Ross-Wolff and Andrea Kalis receive NSF RUI grant
Ross-Wolff is professor of biology, director of neuroscience, director of the Perlman Center for Learning and Teaching, and Humphrey Doermann Professor of Liberal Learning at Carleton. Kalis is senior lecturer and lab coordinator in biology at Carleton.
Jennifer Ross-Wolff, professor of biology, director of neuroscience, director of the Perlman Center for Learning and Teaching, and Humphrey Doermann Professor of Liberal Learning; and Andrea Kalis, senior lecturer and lab coordinator in biology, have received a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) for their research project, “Integration of temporal, positional, and sex-specifying cues in neuronal development.” This project is fully integrated in curricular courses and includes summer research experiences to further engage undergraduate students in answering significant questions in developmental neurobiology.
