Emilia Calma ’14, director of The Wilkes Initiative for Housing Policy, coauthored a report for the Brookings Institution DMV Monitor. The announcement on the D.C. Policy Center website is titled, “A housing market on the precipice: New insights from the DMV Monitor.”

The report examines the region’s weakening housing market in the wake of repeated economic disruptions.
