Charlie Cogan ’82 co-authored an opinion piece for MinnPost with Philip Jada Natana, ambassador of South Sudan to the United States, titled, “With the help of many partners, South Sudan is growing literacy and its next generation of leaders.” The piece focuses on how cooperation between regional groups in Minnesota and Wisconsin, groups in South Sudan, and the US Department of Defense helps build and stock libraries in South Sudan.
