Cathy Pletta, food service manager with Sodexho Food Service, was featured in an article titled “A full plate for Pletta” in the October 8 food section of the Rochester (Minn.) Post-Bulletin. The article, accompanied by several color photos, featured Pletta’s role managing one of Carleton’s two dining halls. “We do our best to see that [the students] make good choices and that there is something here for everyone,” said Pletta.
