Carleton students participating in the U.S. Army War College’s International Strategic Crisis Negotiation Exercise were featured in a Star Tribune op-ed, “Carleton students attempt virtual peacemaking in War College exercise.” Student teams represented the U.S., China, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and India in the exercise, which focused on competing claims in the South China Sea.
